Zenie became a Realtor in 1995, and is now an Associate Broker, ABR, GRI and SRES designate. She lists and sells residential and commercial real estate mostly in suburban and rural areas of Albany, Schenectady, and northern Schoharie Counties. She loves older houses; she's rebuilt 5 and knows how to solder pipes, shingle a roof or update a kitchen! She understands things rural - like wells, septic systems and pasturage for a horse.
For Sellers, Zenie can evaluate the market, price your property based on your time constraints, advise how to make it more attractive to a buyer, prepare marketing plans and materials, and follow through until she has negotiated an acceptable offer. She will be there to oversee completion of the sale - disclosures required by law, inspections, mortgage appraisal and acceptance, and will be at your side at the closing.
Zenie has earned the ABR designation; she has been specially trained to work with you as a Buyer. She can collect information on homes that meet your requirements, provide support while you make your decisions, find answers to your questions, negotiate the deal for your chosen property, and do everything she can to get you into your new home ASAP.
Zenie is an instructor for the Capital Region Multiple Listing Service. She is Secretary of the Helderberg Kiwanis Club. She is a Board member of the Hilltown's Community Resource Center. She likes to garden, read, play games, and travel.
